I Forgot My Password — What Should I Do?
A forgotten password is a quick, self-service fix. On the sign-in screen, use the “forgot password” link; MedicoExam sends a reset link to your registered email, and following it lets you choose a new password and get back to practice. A candidate midway through preparing for the CCI’s CCT, the Certified Cardiographic Technician credential, loses no ground doing it.
The reset works off the email tied to your account, so the link goes to the address you confirmed at sign-up rather than to your username, which stays exactly as it was. There is nothing else to clear along the way: no security question to dredge up, no text-message code, no second app to open. The message in your inbox is the whole of the mechanism.
What a Reset Leaves Untouched on Your Healthcare Certification Exam Account
Changing the password changes the password, and leaves the rest of the account as it stood. Your username is the same, your sixty-day Premium window keeps counting from where it was, the CCT sittings in your history stay put, and any exam you have activated is still activated. You are replacing one credential, not opening a new account, so nothing you have built up is disturbed by the reset.
When the Reset Email Is Slow or Missing for Your Medical Certification Exam Login
Now and then the message does not land, or the address entered is not one MedicoExam has on file. Give it a few minutes first and look in spam or filtered folders, since an automated reset mail is easily sorted out of sight; check, too, that you are using the email you actually registered with rather than a second address. If it still does not appear, or the system does not recognize the address you enter, write to support@medicoexam.com and the team can help you recover access. That single case aside — a genuinely unreachable or unrecognized email — every ordinary forgotten password is settled by the link alone.
