MedicoExam does not currently offer bulk seat purchasing, institutional dashboards, or centralized group management for Premium Practice Exams. However, organizations such as schools, training programs, and healthcare employers may sponsor candidates by purchasing Premium one-at-a-time — similar to a gift purchase.
How Group or School Sponsorship Works Today
Organizations can sponsor candidates by:
- Creating a MedicoExam account for each candidate
- Purchasing Premium under that candidate’s account
- Allowing each candidate to train independently
Why One-Candidate-Per-Account Matters
Healthcare certification exams are individual licensure paths. Premium is structured to match that reality:
- one candidate
- one account
- one Premium cycle
- one Money-Back Guarantee eligibility
Unlimited attempts, exam results, and progress history are tied to the candidate’s personal account and cannot be shared or merged.
Institutional Scenarios That Already Work
The one-at-a-time model is commonly used by:
- healthcare schools & training programs
- coding & HIM academies
- nursing education centers
- test prep tutoring programs
- employers sponsoring certification for staff
- reskilling or credential transition programs
Future Institutional Options (Roadmap Consideration)
