MedicoExam offers two different refund pathways:
1. Performance Guarantee Refund (Primary Path)
Available when all conditions are met:
To qualify, candidates must:
- complete 3 full Premium simulations with 80%+, and
- use Premium for at least 10 days before their exam, and
- take the official certification exam, and
- receive an unsuccessful result, verified by score report + ID

2. Pre-Activation Refund (Rare, Case-Limited)
Premium refunds may be approved before activation in cases such as:

- wrong exam selected (and not yet activated)
- billing or processing errors
- immediate buyer change-of-intent (0 usage)
