Once it clears, the exam you bought is waiting under My Account → My Premium Exams, open to its full-length and mini sittings.
A short gap sits between checkout and your first question. It comes as a verification pause and then the one place the activated exam appears — and in the ordinary case neither asks anything of you. You pay, you wait briefly, and the exam is there.
The Secure-Verification Wait on a Healthcare Certification Exam
Access is held for a short check rather than switched on the instant the charge posts, and that is by design: the payment is verified before the exam is released, which protects the buyer as much as the platform from a charge that has not fully settled. In the ordinary case the check is done within the hour. Where a bank or processor takes longer — more likely on some international cards — it can reach toward six hours.
