Switching Before Activation (Allowed)
- Free switch to a different certification exam
- No questions asked
- Handled through support if requested
Switching After Activation (Conditional)
If Premium has been activated but not used, our support team may approve a one-time switch based on:
- no full or mini exams attempted
- no question bank usage
- no result data generated
Once exam simulations have been started, switching is no longer available because Premium access unlocks full digital content and exam simulations.

Exam switching is supported for genuine selection mistakes, but disallowed once content is consumed. This keeps the system fair for candidates and prevents abuse (e.g., rotating through multiple certification exams with a single purchase).
