After it activates, the exam counts as delivered, and the route shifts from a plain refund to the outcome-based guarantee. The Guarantee and the Pre-Activation Refund on a Healthcare Certification Exam
The primary path is the Money-Back Guarantee: prepare seriously on a supported exam, sit the official test, and if the result is still a fail, your paid Premium comes back in full once its conditions are met. Those conditions have their own answer and are not repeated here. The second path sits earlier in time. Why Activation Ends the Ordinary Refund on a Medical Certification Exam
